Chris Ferris
Chris Ferris has been involved in the commercial real estate and development industry for more than 20 years. Before joining the team at B-29 Investments to form Mages Real Estate Group, LLC in May 2008, he served as Senior Vice President of Development for Vaughan Commercial Realty Group, Southlake, Texas, where he was responsible for management of all phases of construction projects as well as project design, client relations, including oversight of the bidding process and management of general contractors for site construction, shell and interiors. Before Vaughan he was responsible for all the same duties at Gilmore Davis Companies for over ten years. Chris’ repertoire of development includes office and industrial, retail and residential projects throughout Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi and Arkansas. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas, Austin, and has held a Texas Real Estate License for almost twenty years, and is fluent in Spanish. He is the father of two boys, Logan 6 and Christopher 7 who all love to hunt and fish together. |
