Mike has broad experience in the construction industry, having held positions as executive officer, project manager, Duties at Mages Group, LLC include finding bid opportunities, taking-off quantities, soliciting quotations from subcontractors and vendors, maintaining a cost database from historical records, and pricing the project, as well as post-bid negotiations and value analysis. Upon securing customer’s decision to proceed, Mike will either assist the assigned project manager to ensure a smooth transition and our customer’s satisfaction, or will fully assume the role of project manager himself.
