Description

Pumpco Energy Services is located on a 20 acre site in Valley View Texas.  Developed by Timber Creek Real Estate and designed by Nelson and Morgan Architects, this facility houses the main branch for Pumpco Energy Services.  The facility is equipped with a 10 ton overhead crane spanning the entire length of the shop, a below ground service area that is utilized for fluid changes for the fleet vehicles and two wash bays.  The front part of the building houses 10,000 square feet of offices.  This project took 8 months to complete.
