Robert Sawyer
Robert has been involved in the commercial real estate business since 2007. His experience includes brokerage and negotiations for a variety of industrial clients including heavy manufacturing, bulk distribution, and office / warehouse users. Robert spent three years as an associate at NAI Huff Partners in Fort Worth, where he was recognized on several occasions as a top producing associate. Robert works with Mages Group as a consultant for the real estate needs for the companies included in Select Energy Services and Bell Supply. He has a BBA in Finance with Real Estate from Texas Christian University, and lives in Fort Worth where he is active in the business community and commercial real estate realm. He has negotiated and closed over 35 sale and lease transactions involving over $6 million of industrial real estate. He enjoys helping companies and investors reach their goals in a timely and cost-effective manner, and approaches the people in every transaction as a long-term client. He has held a Texas Real Estate License since 2007, and is currently working toward his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. |
